“The Town of Hastings is in the process of creating a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP). An LWRP is a locally prepared, comprehensive land and water use plan for a community’s waterfront. The project will result in a collection of recommended waterfront projects and policies that will be eligible for grant funding. Engaging the community for feedback is critical to developing meaningful project and policy recommendations and that process is on-going.
